Salamanders Young Burn Survivors

The Salamanders are a group of friends who have survived burn injuries.
One of the hardest things about being a burn survivor is the feeling that you're different from everybody else, and other people don't understand.
The Salamanders' main aim is to give young burn survivors a way to find out about other burn survivors, and to make friends with people who do understand.
Our other aim is to warn young people about how easy it is to get burned, to teach them about burns, and to tell them what to do if someone does get burned.
